I baked cookies again, at 515am in the morning! Call me crazy. But I didn’t feel like sleeping after my pre-dawn meal, so I decided to bake Suji. Suji is one of my favorite Raya cookies! According to my Chinese friends, it tasted a bit like Wan Wan biscuits. (look below)
I don’t know why we call it Wan Wan biscuits. Must be the name of the kid in the picture, I guess. One thing for sure, this was one of my favourite childhood snacks. I like the feeling of eating Wan Wan and my Suji as they will instantly melt in your mouth! Nice, now I feel kinda hungry!
